Institutes for managers, supervisors and agents.
o Solution: Earmark budgets for training & development.
- Health/Occupational Hazards –
o Issue: Odd, sedentary, stressful working conditions lead to Metacarpal
Syndrome, ailments of the back, digestive problems and
complaints of hearing difficulties.
o Solution: Enhance medical benefits, insurance, and introduce new health schemes.
