| Business Process Industry Association of India(BPIAI) in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)
will address four key challenges that the Call centre Industry faces today. The
BPIAI and the CII will endeavour to find objective solutions to these challenges
to ensure that they do not affect the growth of the industry. A root cause
analysis by the BPIAI has gauged that immediate remedial action is needed in four
areas of concern: HR Challenges, Regulatory Issues, Business Practices, and Promotional
Initiatives. Individual Call centre operators have not succeeded in finding answers
to these issues. It has now become clear that the industry can deal with these
challenges, only through collective effort. Below in a nutshell are the
